Shut Up And Let Me Go Heels Class

Rachel and Anna Melendres bring playful, confident energy to this beginner-intermediate heels class choreographed to "Shut Up and Let Me Go" by The Ting Tings. This sassy routine builds from a signature bevel stance through turned-out overcrossed walks, sharp arm crosses, hip switches, and a show-stopping hair flip into a ball change. The Melendes Twins break down every detail—from pencil-skirt hip placement and technical walk technique to shoulder knocks, milk downs, hip bounces, and thrashy rock-outs—making each section approachable without sacrificing style. Perfect for dancers looking to develop their heels technique, build confidence in walks and hip work, and bring attitude to every count.
