Lexi Romero teaches a center piece adagio ballet combination with assistant Ava Labella, building on the foundational adagio class to put a full combo together without the barre. Students start in quasi fifth on a diagonal, work through coupé to passé with both high and low leg options, extend to tendu front and second, then change to en face for a balance into a triple balancé and finish in sou-sou and fifth. Lexi breaks the combo down on both sides with detailed cues on lengthening through the arms, lifting out of the knee, and finding control between positions before running it twice to music. Ideal for beginner to intermediate ballet students wanting to put adagio fundamentals together into a polished center combination with clean transitions and balance work.
