Lexi Romero teaches a foundational ballet adagio combination with assistant Ava Labella, slowing every movement down to focus on posture, alignment, and turnout. Students start in fifth position and work through coupé, passé, and a slow extension from the knee in tendu front, side to second, and back into arabesque, finishing the back sequence with a full penché and a controlled return to arabesque. Lexi walks through a side view to demonstrate squared shoulders, knees turned out, and winged feet to avoid sickling, then cleans up the entire combination on the other side before running it twice to music. Ideal for beginner to intermediate ballet students wanting to deepen their adagio control, master the penché lift and recovery, and dial in clean alignment through every position.
